This is a little video assignment for one of my classes at BCIT. It’s your typical question and answer streeter.
We’ve all seem them before during the new hour. Reporters are out in a busy place talking to random people to gauge the public’s opinion on something.
So, I took to the streets out front of the Vancouver Art Gallery and asked people what they thought of Stephen Harper’s five years as the Prime Minister of Canada.
I talked to a lot of people and I heard mixed answers from all sides of the spectrum. Unfortunately the assignment is only 1:15-1:25 long, which made it tough to edit.
Politically, though, this is a good sign because it shows that people do have opinions and they are concerned with Canadian politics. The next step is to get the people to the polls on voting day.
